Ninety 'Bow Tie' 9-patch blocks were used to create this quilt top. The orientation and shade of gray within each block depends on its position within the overall design.

One computerized quilting pattern, the 'Egypt Block' was modified and arranged to enhance the radiating design of the quilt.
